Player label sets in 22 more languages

If you're publishing video on the World Wide Web, it's great if you can make your video player welcoming to the whole wide world. Publishing players with labels on the player's controls that match the language of your audience really enhances the video experience for your viewers.

Brightcove players can be published in one of six major languages (English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish) with a simple button click in the Brightcove Studio Publishing module. You also have the option of providing your own player labels in an XML file, and point the player to that XML file. Now, we've provided an additional 22 language options. The additional languages are: Arabic, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Czech, Danish, Greek, Finnish, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian (Bokmål), Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

Note that to use these player labels, you will need to host them on your own server. In addition, be sure to preview and test any players that use these player labels before you publish them, to make sure the labels fit and are legible. Read more about how to use player labels in these languages in your Brightcove players.
