Brightcove customer, The New York Times, led the category with more than 32 million visitors and 719 million page views during the month. As referenced above, Advance Internet is the third ranked newspaper group in the report, while other Brightcove customers USA Today, MediaNews Group and Hearst Newspapers are in the top 10.
Collectively, Brightcove’s newspaper publishers operate ad-supported online video operations across more than 300 newspaper websites globally, and that number will continue to grow thanks to new video initiatives from innovative newspaper organizations like Advance Internet.
