As the online video industry continues to grow, it is increasingly important to demonstrate the benefits and ROI of video initiatives. In that spirit, Brightcove is proud to host "The Value of Online Video: Monetization Strategies from Marks & Spencer Direct and Sky Digital Media" event in London on Thursday, February 18th at 3:00 PM GMT / 10:00 AM ET.
The event will feature in-depth presentations from several industry veterans who will present their successful strategies for monetizing online video.
Chris Gorell Barnes, the CEO of Adjust Your Set, will share how Marks & Spencer TV has increased sales and customer reach through innovative video content creation and syndication partnerships. Tim Hussain, head of video and mobile advertising at Sky Digital Media, will discuss the challenges and opportunities of monetizing online video content on a global scale, in addition to engaging in a discussion with Rhys McLachlan, managing partner of implementation and futures investment at Mediacom. Lastly, Konrad Feldman, CEO and co-founder of Quantcast, will present on audience measurement and the future of media buying and selling.
Jeff Whatcott, Brightcove senior vice president of marketing, will also look into the future of online video to discuss how brands and media are finding new ways to further extend the reach of their online video initiatives to social media, mobile devices and connected televisions.
