Brightcove Training Session Next Week in NYC

Calling all Brightcove developers!

Brightcove will be hosting our next training session for customers and partners next week in New York. This is a rare opportunity to learn all you've ever wanted to know about BEML and Brightcove's Media, Player, and Ad APIs.

The instructors for this training session will be two of our lead developers, Todd Yard and Chris Tierney.

Todd is a software architect at Brightcove and has been with the company since our early days in 2005. He is focused on our front-end rich media player framework, helping to develop BEML, components for media delivery and data display, and the player runtime APIs for developers. Todd has also contributed to 14 Flash and ActionScript books, including his most recent release Foundation ActionScript 3.0 Image Effects.

Chris is a software engineer at Brightcove, originally focused on back-end Java coding and developing the Media Manager app. He recently moved to the Media API and transcoding team, where his current focus is enhancing the APIs for developers and improving the performance and flexibility of the video transcoding system.

The training will take place on Thursday, June 25th. Seats are limited, but if you are interested in attending please email training@brightcove.com for more details.
